it's only as bad as you allow it to be...
Mood : pensive
Music : Thank You For The Venom by My Chemical Romance
the other day i went to sleep with this serious cold (the uncontrollable sneezing was absolutely numbing) and since i was as nervous as hell due to the coming events of the following day i only managed at most 2 hours of sleep. woke up to find 1 of my ear rings had fallen of my ear so in a almost zombie state i started frantically searching for it. 20 minutes later i realized i was going to be late for my 8am class so i cleaned up and left my house feeling pissed and of course sleepy.
arrived late for class... but fortunately i was just in time for a quiz my lecturer had failed to mention to us at any time during the week. unprepared as the rest of my friends, i handed up a half blank sheet of paper and i hoped my day wouldn't get any worse. i mean... it was only 8.30am! well it did get a little worse... after 3 hours of lecture (half of it i slept through... it wasn't my fault. keeping my eyelids open was a challenge and my lecturers aren't the prettiest sight) i realized after lunch that i had lost my mechanical pencil. being as broke as i've ever been you can understand my aggravation.
1pm... i was shivering like one of my dogs after they had taken a shower but it was time so i walked myself to the toilet to wash my face and possibly calm my nerves. when i arrived at the lecture hall my friends were all already outside waiting for me and i've no doubt they could see that i was about to crack at any second. the lecturer arrived and walked in so we followed suit. my friends set up all the necessary preparations and then i stepped up to the mic and delivered the presentation i've been dreading since the night before. i think this was first time i've spoke to so many people before... to make things worse it was in college. can you believe that i only found out i had to make this presentation the day before?
next round is on tuesday... wheeeee
